You can reflect microwaves with aluminum foil or fine metal mesh. However, reflected microwaves could harm other people nearby. A better solution is to absorb the incoming microwaves.
Recipe for Microwave Absorbing Panels
To cover a 1000cm2 cardboard sheet in 3mm thick microwave-absorbing epoxy mixture, you can use the following recipe[1]:

| Carbonyl Iron (3-5µm diameter) | 165g |
| Graphite (1-5µm diameter) | 35g |
| Total | 400g |
Make sure the mixture is given time to spread out flat on a a level surface. Longer-curing epoxies will give more time for the mixture to flatten and remove bubbles.
