If a girl was also, in some way, rain.
What?
Like if you got the rain and turned it into a girl, or you got a girl and turned her into rain. It is unclear if the raingirl was rain or girl first, and it probably doesn't matter.
What does the raingirl do?
The raingirl can do lots of things. Make sounds and pretty pictures mostly. Hydrating the local flora is something the raingirl should do, but she forgets.
