Opera
Opera is when singers think that Lieder singing is too boring, and so they expand their vocal chords and sing above 100%.
Lyrics
Although there are many operas out there, they all have default lyrics. The following is the default lyric set used in Italian opera.

Notable moments
In 1810, Beethoven attempted singing opera. His singing was so majestic and loud it made others deaf as well. He later called it "my revenge moment".
