Severance

Severance is an Apple TV Original Series about Work. It makes use of surrealist storytelling and contrived workplace situations to explore complex topics such as worker-alienation under capitalism and The Goo.

Premise

Severance takes place in a fictional society where a medical procedure allows people to voluntarily split themselves into two headmates one of which only fronts at work and the other which only fronts outside of work. This is something that I _{(a dutiful employee with no headmates to speak of)} would not know anything about.
