Daylight Savings is a phenomenon in which certain parts of the year, all clocks shift by a matter of one hour, forward or backward depending on when the sun is actually up in the sky.

British Columbia had their final Daylight Savings event on March 8th, 2026, in which the hour jumped forward by one. This was in favour of the more practical Permanent Daylight Savings Time, in which citizens don't have to deal with the schedule being thrown off, and generally improves the quality of life when it comes to scheduling. I think this is pretty cool, and I'd love if other parts of the world could also stop doing Daylight Savings and be freed from these weird shackles, as I have been.

Solar Panels are devices that are capable of converting the heat the Sun radiates and turning it into electricity. It has been shown that with the current price of Solar Panels that you could have free energy for entire countries if money was spent on the infrastructure, money that would be paid back in a manner of decades. Most nations would rather spend that money on more important things, like The Military.
