Ketamine (also sometimes called glue) is a specialty item that can be found in dungeons and caves. It can be used on a T-girl to evolve her into a K-girl. Players who have completed the “glue pit” side-quest can manufacture ketamine in a brewing stand from an awkward potion and half a purple glue stick.

Controversy

Some players have speculated that the in-game Ketamine item may be inspired by real drugs. However, these players have repeatedly failed to provide compelling evidence to support this claim.
